Latitude Recruitment is excited to be working with the Department of Community Corrections to recruit an Area Manager.
This role will be based at Community Corrections in Mount Gambier and will require travel to the Berri and Murray Bridge sites. In the role you will provide leadership, operational oversight, guidance and support to the Community Corrections Centres. You will also have the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
This role will include but is not limited to supervision, safety and well being of all staff and effective management of resources. Development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with key service standards and guidelines set by the department. If you are passionate about supporting your community, working with and mentoring and building teams this could be the role for you.
The following is required for the role:
- Proven experience managing teams
- National criminal history check
- Full Driver’s Licence
- Flexibility of hours of work
- Ability to travel and be away overnight
- Intrastate travel
