Fesq & Company is a leading distributor of premium wine brands in need of an experienced and talented wine specialist to join our QLD sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and product placement through an established customer base of on and off premise outlets through out the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for though not limited too:
- Achieving an agreed set of key performance indicators based around monthly budgets, active customers and active brands.
- Reporting on sales, trade activity and competitor activity on a monthly basis.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintaining the company CRM for their individual territory via salesforce.
- Developing yearly and monthly strategies for meeting and exceeding budgets.
- Providing action plans and target lists for key brands in the portfolio.
To be successful in your application you must have:
- Sales experience with a successful track record in achieving budgets and developing new opportunities that resulted in sales growth.
- A high level of Computer skills, ideally with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- A background in hospitality with knowledge of key venues and stakeholders in and around the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Northern Rivers.
- Intermediate to advanced wine knowledge.
- A high level of presentation.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Current full valid driver’s license.
