NightOwl is an Australian owned and operated Franchise Network who has built a solid reputation in the retail sector for over 49 years. Today we boast 83+ stores, consisting of a combination traditional convenience and convenience petroleum.
To be successful in this role you would have:
- 3 Years prior experience in Retail Management (Petrol & Convenience experience will be highly regarded but not essential)
- Executed training programs for new and existing stores to achieve compliance and consistency across the network
- Influenced results through interpreting data and identify trends to improve operational performance.
- Upgraded Store Managers/Franchisees skills, incorporating goal setting and business planning to increase their profitability.
- Created high performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Delivered against results and managed KPIs.
- Enhance the NightOwl Brand by maintaining and improving standards
- Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously combined with strong negotiation and communication skills.
This role will enable you to showcase your merchandising and coaching skills. Based in Cairns - overseeing 12 sites (with the aim to open more in the future) and will require some local travel.
