This role currently oversees the operations of four (4) clinics, coaching and mentoring a team of Clinic Development Managers, Client Experience Consultants, and Clinicians ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and treatments.About the role
- Motivate, inspire, and energise your teams so that they are engaged, connected and have a sense of belonging to each other and the Artisan brand.
- Leading and driving the Area team to achieve increased sales performance.
- Support the identification of training needs within your area, in line with the needs of the business and revenue generation requirements - and liaise with your Clinical Education & Training division and/or Business Development division to discuss plans to address team member development requirements.
- Support and coach each CDM to attract and retain clients utilising various strategies available within the business.
- Collaborate with the Operational, Marketing and Business Development teams on strategic plans for the area's growth, providing business insights.
- Ensure that the sales consulting method is brought to life in each clinic through coaching and development of the Clinic Development Manager in client service delivery excellence.
- Ensure that all team members are adhering to clinical protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, and clinical governance guidelines provided by the Clinical Education & Training Division and/or Artisan's Clinical Governance Committee.
- Experience in an Area management role, multi-site management or a similar position in Aesthetics or Healthcare is highly regarded, however not essential.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and provide feedback to your team to influence effective outcomes.
- Experience in driving a high performing team that is committed to providing service delivery excellence.
