The role:
- $85-90K+super
- Company vehicle with private use
- Responsible for the delivery of continuing EBIT growth for the southern Sydney sales territory, leading the business to deliver all safety, sales, service, inventory and profit targets
- Direct account management of a defined list of customers in the region
- Build collaborative, focused and accountable teams
- Manage 2 retail stores and 4 staff
The right candidate:
- Strong people management & Interpersonal skills
- A proven history of strong sales and customer focus
- Knowledge of welding processes and products an advantage
- Strong computer / technological acumen
- Preferred 3 – 5 years in direct sales roles
- Preferred minimum 3 years in branch management roles, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment
