We are currently seeking a highly driven and self-motivated sales professional to join the team at our New South Wales branch on a full time basis.
Our role:
Reporting to the New South Wales State Sales Manager, the Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role by providing professional sales and service to our current and potential future customers by:
· Delivering sales growth by managing and implementing sales strategies and achieving set sales targets.
· Maintaining personal call rates and call planning to expand and develop sales.
· Managing existing customer accounts to generate sales through the reinforcement of our brand image and strategy.
· Prospecting for new customers by networking or other means of generating new business.
· Reporting to sales management on a regular basis on sales numbers, prospective and current customers, and market conditions and competitor activities.
About you:
· You are a passionate, high-achieving sales professional with a proven track-record in over-achievement of targets.
· You have previous experience in selling wood panel, timber and/or decorative products in the retail hardware, cabinetry, shopfitting and kitchen manufacturing markets (highly desirable).
· You have a proven ability to build product and industry knowledge.
· You are a strong communicator, both written and orally.
· You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· You may be experienced with Infor M3 & SAP systems (highly desirable but not essential).
