Hawkesbury Brewing Co is leading the charge for innovative, fun & strong brands for the Australia Beverage Marketplace. We are the new age thinkers, the next generation (if you will), reinventing the wheel to allow brands to shine. Hawkesbury Brewing Co is the sales division of the parent company Australian Beverage Contract Filling Pty LTD.
The iconic brands and products you will be representing include - Hawkesbury Brewing Co, Little Fat Lamb, Wild Boar, PakTech, Whitley Neill Gin, Dead Mans Fingers Rum/Tequila/Liqueurs, Batched Cocktails and more!
What are we hunting for?
We are looking for a true sales all-rounder, to fill the role of Area Sales Manager – Southwest NSW (Riverina, Central West and Western ACT).
- Time Management - The role is 'on the road' selling and account management of Independent Bottleshops whilst looking for further sales opportunities and accounts to grow the sales territory.
- KPI's - Work towards our overarching business KPI’s including sales, executing brand plans, and maximising promotions all to achieve the territory budget.
- Business Development - Securing new business accounts as well as supporting our existing customer base by increasing product ranging and turn over.
- Advocacy - You will complete tastings/product giveaways during work hours. Raise Brand Awareness with Events and Festivals as required.
- Travel - The territory covers regional parts of Southwest NSW including the Riverina, Central West and Western ACT. This will require planned regional travel pending business activity and objectives (all travel expenses will be covered).
What do you need to come along on this adventure?
- You need to be a ‘hunter’ - chase those new sales, new accounts, new distributions
- Sales experience and experience within the Liquor Industry is beneficial, but not essential - we will teach you everything we know!
- Proven record of personal quota; let us know how good you actually are; that ‘self-worth’ talk will go far.
- Experience working a CRM; collecting those friends along the way.
- Computer use competency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - it’s a must!
- Sense of ownership & pride in your performance & its impact on our company’s success; we are a game-changing business who need game-changing humans on board this ship.
- Passionate about the lifespan of a brand.
- Critical thinker & problem-solving skills; lead the charge, find the opportunities & fight the fires.
- Team player; you’ve got to be willing to share, be convivial (google it!) and bounce off your fellow peers.
- Great time-management skills; we need humans who have an active ability to not be late to their own party.
- Loves a challenge & a target to run at.
- You can walk into a space & see/make a brand you represent POP!
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; calling all ‘people persons!’ This role is for you.
- Self motivated & driven! You embody the ‘want & need’ to jump up out of bed & chase those brand dreams & opportunities!
- Last but certainly not least - A can-do attitude! No task is too big and no win is too small!
