About You...
We are recruiting for an energetic, highly skilled and dynamic Assistant Store Manager with a proven background in team development to join this retailer in Geelong for an immediate start. Coming from any style of retail and sales management, you will able to demonstrate working closely with a Store Manager and a large team to increase results, develop team skills and most importantly inspire a team culture.
Operationally you will a superstar and across most facets of retail business management; including but not limited to overseeing and affecting sales and store results as well as assisting to manage a huge back-end warehouse of products. You will be confident in your own ability while enforcing and promoting company expectations, and alongside your manager you will be accountable for every aspect of your store presentation.
Most important to your success in this role, you will be amazing at people management and communication, and you are known for never shying away from the tough conversations and HR challenges.
