About the position
The Administrative Project Officer reports to the Director, Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and is responsible for providing a range of complex and specialised administrative duties to support the work of the Director.
This role provides an efficient, responsive and professional point of contact for internal and external clients and delivers a range of business, financial project and management support services including coordinating and undertaking the delivery of quality records management, procurement, travel, events, HR and document management functions that contribute to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the division.
The role delivers efficient and responsive support for the day-to-day activities of the Director, OSHC and other staff in the group.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

ASO3: $66,590 - $70,968 (1.0 FTE) per annum plus superannuation
