The role also coordinates or assists with the preparation of correspondence, briefings and submissions and provides advice on administrative policies, procedures and systems that contributes to the achievement of the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices, systems and processes across the division. The role demands a high degree of initiative, professional judgement and autonomy including sound knowledge of agency programs, activities and policy.Special Conditions:The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
