Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Project Engineer to join our customers team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Asphalt Projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. As an integral member of the team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to deliver successful projects that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Asphalt Projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with clients to understand Project requirements and expectations.
• Prepare project proposals, estimates, and schedules.
• Procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and Project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Proven experience in asphalt construction projects, preferably in a project management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
