ABOUT THE ROLE
To maintain our track record for exceeding customer expectations, we are seeking an experienced "Leading Factory Hand / Assembly & Installation" to join our tight-knit team.
Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will hold a pivotal position in ensuring that all installations meet out stringent quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Involvement in all aspects of assembly – from fitment to plumbing water tanks and 12 volt electrical systems
- Managing the inbound and outbound transfer of delivered goods
- Upholding our quality standards through meticulous workspace organization and completion of QA checks
- Prioritising safety by adhering to protocols, promptly reporting hazards, and incidents
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in similar role, coupled with a passion for 4 x 4 vehicles and an ability to lift/handle automotive parts
- Familiarity with hand tools and assembly
- A valid Manual Drivers Licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Warehouse experience with a grasp of Lean processes (desirable)
- Experience with hand tools and assembly will be highly regarded (but not essential)
- Current forklift licence will be highly regarded (but not essential)
- Demonstrated successful track record in managing multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
