About the role:
As an Assessment Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all assessment stakeholders receive exemplary service, support and guidance. This role facilitates engagement and support of doctors on ACRRM’s Fellowship pathway, Examiners, Writers and other key roles. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and timely delivery of all assessments and examinations for the college which includes; collation of assessment materials, reviewing enrolments and eligibility and providing administrative support to examiners and assessors as required.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end assessments (medical exams)
- Timely assessment planning, coordination and delivery, including enrolments, coordination of stakeholders to develop assessment content
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement relevant to processes, outcomes and experiences of assessment stakeholders
- Basic technical support to examiners, candidates and other key assessment stakeholder during an exams
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ACRRM members, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information
- Previous experience in administration, admissions, examinations, event coordination or project coordination ideally within the education sector.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using various technology systems/platforms i.e. Zoom, Teams and other Microsoft products and database including SharePoint.
- Experience and understanding of Assessments in the medical education environment within will be advantageous
