We are a growing charity who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will help lead our service delivery through the next existing phase of growth.
At TeamSports4All we believe in the power of team sport to transform the lives of Australian children. Unfortunately, over 500,000 Australian children live in households that struggle to afford to pay for their kids to play local club sport. We make it possible for them. And now we need you to play a key role in shaping the future.

Today we support kids in Melbourne, but our work is not done until we’re supporting every kid in Australia who wants to play sport but can’t afford to. As such, we are looking for an empathetic Operations Manager to lead a brilliant team of people as we continue to support more and more families. We are looking for someone with:
- Strong leadership skills including engagement, communication, empathy, accountability & integrity.
- Experience working with disadvantaged families and an understanding of the processes, risks and needs of different communities.
- Ability to execute strategically and operationally.
- Experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Skilled working with data, attention to detail and ability to record information in an accurate and timely way
- Ability to enable and work in a positive and flexible working environment
- Passion for sport and its role in helping disadvantaged children
Ideally you would bring to the role experience in the not-for-profit sector, and examples where you've made improvements that have shaped a positive future.
