About the Role
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, The Field Service Asset Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of all asset specific duties within the Field Service Department whilst assisting the Service and Workshop where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and tracking of tooling inspection & maintenance (i.e. calibration, coordination of repairs, inspections)
- Maintenance of tool containers and tool store.
- Assist with budgetary and Capital Expenditure process
- Vehicles allocation - ordering, tracking and monitoring vehicle requirements.
- Coordination of vehicle services and repairs.
- Coordinate facilities inspections and maintenance repairs
- Laptop and phone administration
- Software and licensing administration
- Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Able to work independently and under adverse conditions.
- Strong computer skills
- Understanding of maintenance processes
