Get You Finance is a family owned, Asset Finance business specialising in finance solutions for both consumer and commercial clients across a range of assets. Predominantly we assist with loans for cars, caravans, trucks, machinery, boats and bikes but we also do personal loans and business lending. The business has a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience in a timely manner for our clients.

The processes and knowledge required to be successful in the position can be taught in office, so we're focused on employing somebody that's a good fit for the team and our values.
Working out of our office in Pakenham, you will be receiving online finance enquiries and working them through from lead to settlement. In time, the intention is to build a team of people doing this process together and an opportunity for leadership amongst this team may present in due course.
It is a fast paced environment and will suit someone who likes to push their boundaries and be a top performer in any work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Action online leads and direct lead phone calls as soon as possible and convert those leads into applications
- Follow up clients diligently and continuously through the application process
- Act professionally and courteously at all times towards all prospective customers, lead referrers and staff of GYF.
- Accurately document client details from interview, noting the customers requirements and objectives
- Where appropriate, submit compliant and accurate applications to the most appropriate lender for the customers needs
- Discuss loan options with client, execute the loan contracts per those discussions and gather documentation required for settlement
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Driven and self motivated
- Organised
- Produces accurate work with a focus on attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person
- Enjoys the sales experience and has an ability to focus on and achieve (and exceed) targets
- Strong work ethic
- Builds rapport easily with a range of people
- Certificate IV in finance broking preferable but not essential
- Strong sales background and experience in either the car/caravan or finance industry well regarded also, but not essential
- Strong computer skills and data entry experience
