About the Role
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive success? Are you an experienced administrator with skills in data management? If yes, then the Asset Information Supporting Officer (AISO) may be perfect role for you!
As the AISO, you will be at the forefront in ensuring that SRW’s Asset Information is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible. You will play a vital role in supporting the administration of asset data within SRWs Asset Information System (AIS). This role will contribute to the efficient operation of the organisation by facilitating the effective use of asset data for decision making, planning, and maintenance activities.
As the AISO, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Load, extract, and cleanse data within SRW's Asset Information System.
- Assist capital planning and delivery teams in integrating assets for capital projects.
- Utilise project records and drawings to ensure accurate asset data creation, modification, and disposal in alignment with SRW's Asset Data Standard.
- Maintain and update the GIS database, including importing/exporting geospatial data in various formats.

About you
The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate some of the desired experience and abilities below:
- Data management experience. AIS and GIS desirable.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in asset data management.
- Ability to collect, organize, and validate asset data.
- Strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline effectively.
