Asset Works Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will play a crucial role in providing project support for the completion of asset inspections and data analysis, contributing to HHS’s overall strategic asset planning functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide project support to a team of Property & Asset Assessor’s in the coordination of and access for property asset inspections.
- Ability to be self-motivating and work autonomously with the capacity to also work effectively in a team environment when required.
- Regular communications both written and verbal to renters of HHS owned properties in the scheduling and/or re-scheduling of property asset inspections.
- Participate in asset build, purchase and disposal activities by providing analysis of asset data
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative, HHS records, information security and privacy policies requirements.
- Ensure all property information gathered or reported is uploaded into the HHS database.
- Audit quality and accuracy of data recorded in the field by the Property & Asset Assessor’s.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience and success in effective people management and team leadership with ability to coach, develop and motivate others.
- Experience and knowledge of Asset Management systems and the Social Housing Sector.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people and sensitive information.
