About the role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Asset Manager. You will be joining a professional, fast paced, and diverse environment with strong leadership and support from administration through to management.
We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a property management role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- building and maintaining relationships, providing a high level of customer service to your clients.
- arrears management
- new tenant sign up
- vacating tenant processing
- monitor and manage maintenance work orders
- conduct rent reviews
- tenancy renewal
- entry and exit reports
- routine inspections
- client communication
Additional support offered in your role:
- full time leasing consultants

- full time, ongoing support from Senior Management Team

Skills and experience
- strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
- passion & experience in real estate & property management
- accurate keyboarding skills and a practical knowledge of computer software applications
- must maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance
- ability to multi-task
- NSW – Class 2 & QLD Certificate of Registration is preferred.
- demonstrate willingness to participate and contribute within a team-based environment
- demonstrate excellence in internal and external customer service
- current driver's license required
- reliable motor vehicle is essential for this role
