About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Assets, you will be responsible for maximising the performance of an industrial and office portfolio, supported by property and facility managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement asset management plans and strategies.
- Financial management and reporting.
- Seek opportunities and minimise risk.
- Achieve successful leasing outcomes, and reposition assets.
- Act in the best interest of the investment and business.
- Drive outcomes from various stakeholders including property and facility managers.
About you
To ensure your success, you will be required to have:
- Formal qualifications in property (or related field).
- Experience in a similar role and asset class.
- Leadership experience.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements, market trends, challenges and conditions.
- Highly developed organisation, communication and presentation skills.
