Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient management of our diverse portfolio of assets.
- Oversee the optimization of asset value and performance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance which encompasses strategic planning, financial analysis, and stakeholder management to meet the organization's goals.
- Contribute to developing and refining asset management strategies to optimize asset performance and value.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor asset performance and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and maintain asset management plans, internal processes, and procedures for efficient delivery of asset management services.
- Maintain effective relationships with shareholders.
- Take full responsibility for the asset takeover from the construction team and coordinate the handover of assets to Operation and Maintenance.
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in project management or asset management within the Australian solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or wind sectors.
- Technical, contractual, and commercial knowledge of solar, wind, and BESS operating assets.
