Due to business growth, we are seeking an Business Development Manger - Security Operations to join our award winning team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with experienced sales leadership and organisational skills throughout our organisation.
About the role -We are seeking a Business Development Manger - Security Operations to become part of the ASSET group. In this exciting role you are a knowledgeable and experienced sales leader who can confidently engage in nurturing, supporting and converting new business opportunities ensuring that our customers receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions that suit their business needs whilst leading the team to success.

- Experience in managing strategic partnerships
- Understand the RTO / Employment Services sectors (preferred but not essential - as training will be provided to the right candidate)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales
- Knowledge of the security industry including licensing and employment pathways would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and digital literacy skills - enjoy being on the phone and having positive conversations
- Customer service focused, enjoy variety, love people and providing quality outcomes

- Comfortable presenting to small groups

This role is best suited to a confident individual with great time management and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be very confident developing new relationships both in person and via phone.
This is a permanent full-time role with a 6 month probationary period.
Your duties will include, but not limited to
- Servicing Existing Client Base
- Approach New Potential Clients
- Understand the RTO / Employment Services sectors (preferred but not essential - as training will be provided to the right candidate)
- Knowledge of the security industry including licensing and employment pathways would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and digital literacy skills - enjoy being on the phone and having positive conversations
- Customer service focused, enjoy variety, love people and providing quality outcomes
- Generating sales opportunities, creating proposals/presentations, responding to tenders and pulling resources together.
