A1 Building is a multi-trade contractor, providing property repair and maintenance services to multiple clients.
We are presently in search of a Maintenance Coordinator for a temporary position, with the possibility of transitioning to Permanent, to join and contribute to our diverse and dedicated team based in Minchinbury.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of computer literacy and ability to accurately maintain data
- Intermediate Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook - skills
- Ability to problem solve, manage deadlines and outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
Your duties will include:
- Allocation, distribution and coordination of work order requests to subcontractors
- Data entry
- Monitoring KPI's
- General office administration
- Support to trade staff and subcontractors
- Liaising with our clients and their tenants
