SalaryVentia are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team working across their Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract. The successful applicant will be offered a full-time permanent position working at their office in Arndell Park.The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of maintenance activities and minor projects across the contract.Benefits

- Effectively manage discrete tactical maintenance activities and projects
- Manage day to day planning of the crews activities and maintenance tasks
- Project manage the development and delivery process including environmental approvals, design, utilities management, community consultation and construction delivery
- Be accountable for delivering projects to time, cost and quality requirements
- Be responsible for managing risk through all project phases, building strong relationships with internal enabling functions to ensure project timeframe commitments are met
- Valid Drivers License and White Card
- Experience working within the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience in programming and planning
- Strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
- Medium to advanced computer literacy
