About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for an Asset Solutions Partner to join our award-winning team in our Beaudesert Road branch. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As an Asset Solutions Partner, you will:
- Apply Subject Matter Expert (SME) techniques to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve advanced condition monitoring issues.
- Coach the team in the revelant industries (RI, CI & E&T) and how Condition Monitoring processes vary across these industries.
- Foster customer relationships through partnerships to gain deep understanding of customer processes and problems relating to asset management and asset management technology.
- Conduct Condition Monitoring field follows and help our customers to recognise full value for these programs.
- Support offboard reporting tools for the team and business.
- Demonstrate excellent record keeping and version/document control capabilities at all times.
- Work closely with technical communicators to ensure product issues remain a focus point.
- Work Across departments to ensure Asset Solutions offerings are implemented with appropriate stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with development of 'Go to Market' and Commercial models for Asset Solutions.
- Drive change and continuous improvement within the Asset Solutions team through constant review and analysis of our current systems and engage relevant stakeholders within the business to achieve this.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in fluid and data analysis
- Technical background working with Product Link or similar
- Strong communication skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Trades based background is desirable
