The role of the Fleet Coordinator is to support the setting up and management of assets and infrastructure associated with the School Dental Program (SDP) and other DHSV fleet, this includes vehicles and associated plant and equipment:
- Set up and manage SDP assets in the Asset Management system.
- Liaise and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure maintenance, compliance and ongoing operation of the School Dental Program assets.
- Provide technical advice and support to School Dental Program management team to ensure optimal asset operations and guidelines are adhered to.
- Work in collaboration with Fleet Coordinator to ensure related admin tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Manage services provider accounts, manage, and control expenditure associated with Asset Management activities as per set budgets.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering either in electrical, mechanical, IT systems or related field.
- Strong experience in relationship building, collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in working well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks within given timelines and achieving targets as per service level agreement.
- Experience in a similar role and exposure to project management, with a strong focus on quality outcomes.
- You are a proven self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
