What you will be doing… Assisting the CFO and the finance team, your responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Manage the payroll process and file payroll reports
- Liaise with department heads and suppliers to finalise queries regarding an invoice
- Check and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of operating systems
What you need…
- You will have a degree in Accounting, Commerce or similar and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and analytical skills are fundamental.
- Excel skills are essential in this role.
- Expereince in Xero is highly desirable
