SalaryWe are looking for a motivated new team member to join our small but advancing internal finance and admin team and to support the success of our high growth business in a civil industry.
Reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager, the Assistant Accountant role is a newly created role that will provide support to the finance function of the business and will be responsible for the preparation and collation of various data to feed the monthly accounting reports and associated outputs.
Our new team member will need to enjoy maintaining data and schedules in excel and will love adhering to processes and systems along with the ability to learn a new accounting software. You would be assisting in month end processes, entry and preparation of plant costs, contribute to maintaining our sharepoint filing system, reconciliation of credit card accounts, maintaining creditor and subcontractor details and insurances and assessing tax coding.
We are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder with an intermediate level of excel, word and adobe who can enter data quickly and accurately with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to a dynamic environment and be excellent at sourcing missing information with their investigative and questioning nature.

The role is a Full Time role and offers a salary of 70,000 + super.
