Your new role
Working in either our Melbourne or Sydney office, you will support the Finance and Operations Manager with a varied range of accounting tasks, allowing you the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities include:
Management of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Completion of employee expenses and credit card reconciliations with precisio
Management of monthly client invoicing/adjustments and assist in setting up new clients on accounting systems (Xero and WorkflowMax).
Preparation of payroll and support with all payroll queries, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Assisting with the preparation of the annual FBT return, workers comp insurance and payroll tax.
Involvement in ad hoc project work, showcasing your versatility and contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.
A bit about you
You have completed an undergraduate degree in accounting and/or hold a CPA qualification or in the process of completing.
You exhibit confident and professional communication with colleagues and enjoy working collaboratively.
You have an aptitude for software, systems and technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Xero and WorkflowMax software is preferred but not essential.
You’re proactive in maintaining client relationships and understand and incorporate stakeholders and customer needs into decision making.
