Assistant Accountant

This well-established, ASX Listed organisation is searching for an Assistant Accountant to join their close-knit team. The role requires someone who is adaptable, looking for a fast-paced environment and is studying (or looking to study) towards their CA or CPA.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, your role will include (however not be limited to);

• Assisting with month end preparation including posting journals
• Standard daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
• Weekly cashflow analysis
• Bank reconciliations 
• Assisting with the annual budget 
• Assisting with auditor requests
• Reconciliations
• Processing refunds and uploading payments as required
• Adhoc tasks as required

You will be a degree qualified Assistant Accountant who has started (or are looking to start) your CA/CPA. You will have some relevant month-end related experience, ideally from a medium/large size organisation. You will enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
