Duties include:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- payroll processing
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in project management functions
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Enrolment in the CPA program with the view to complete alongside work (advantageous)
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus
- Demonstrable ability in handling multi-task style responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Xero & Microsoft NAV (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
