Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as accounting software such as TechnolongOne and FinancialForce, alongside CRM expertise in Salesforce, is preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Diverse Accounting Responsibilities: Contribute to a multitude of accounting tasks, such as reconciliations, journal entries, end-of-month closures, year-end audits, dynamic financial reporting, and a broad array of financial duties
- Collaborate with the Finance Team: Work closely with senior accountants and managers to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable: Support the AR process by preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Aid in Accounts Payable: Assist with processing vendor invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
