About the Role:
Looking to make a meaningful impact? If you're passionate about streamlining systems and processes, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We're seeking a dynamic Administrator to collaborate closely with our Administration Manager. In this crucial role, you'll support the Administration Manager with essential functions, ensuring the seamless operation of our clinic. From optimising processes for our front office team, you'll lead the charge in making their day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive integration into IT solutions.
- Support daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth clinic operations.
- Workplace Health and Safety Officer roles
- Optimise office procedures and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise and collaborate with all modalities to meet expected administration outcomes.
- Provide support to our reception team as required.
- Provide leadership and innovation to enhance administrative processes and efficiencies.
What we are looking for:
- Business Management qualification/degree would be advantageous.
- Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
- Experience in call centre operations and management would be desirable.
- Experience using CRM software would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in Best Practice Software, ZOHO and Employment Hero would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated understanding of process delivery and systems implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with data and documentation.
- Confident understanding of medical and Allied Health terminology would be advantageous.
