Hospitality professionals with experience in high end venues. Wine or classic cocktail savvy is a definite plus, as is a passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
You will be running services and working directly with the bar and restaurant managers.
- Opening and closing procedures
- Daily reports
- Closing the venue in the evenings
- Staff hiring and training
- Staff rostering, approving staff shifts and breaks
- Developing and growing service culture within the team
- Anticipating guest expectations
Tuesday to Saturday work week, closed on Sunday, Monday and Public Holidays
