Located at our brand new centre, Junior Explorers Early Learning Centre in Edmonton, you will work within the leadership team to create and maintain an authentic, creative, healthy, challenging, and caring place for children, families and the team. You'll provide day-to-day support 'on the floor', being a positive and encouraging advocate for change, leading the team in being a further point of support to the Centre Director, mentorship and guidance to the team.
You will be all about the "we" - about recognising, cultivating, and developing individual strengths and working with the positive. You'll understand that Early Childhood education plays a critical part in creating the citizens of tomorrow – and you'll know and understand that our childcare environment needs to be a progressive, compassionate and safe place for children to belong, be and become… Our environment is a purpose-built, state of the art learning environment with the newly renovated outdoor environment.
