Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various stages of project management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of development projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project strategies, managing risks, budgets, and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environments, Engineering, or Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Assistant Project Management, Project Coordination, or Construction Administration.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated positive attitude with a 'Can do' approach and the ability to go the extra mile.
• High standards of personal organization, efficiency, and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools; knowledge of Argus Estate Master is a plus

• Excellent written, electronic, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to forecast costs and manage project programs effectively.
• Adaptive and resilient, capable of maintaining effectiveness in challenging situations.
