Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various stages of project management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of development projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project strategies, managing risks, budgets, and timelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environments, Engineering, or Project Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in Assistant Project Management, Project Coordination, or Construction Administration.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated positive attitude with a 'Can do' approach and the ability to go the extra mile.
- High standards of personal organization, efficiency, and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools; knowledge of Argus Estate Master is a plus
