Only About Children Camberwell are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join the team. The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called “The OAC Way”.
This role takes responsibility for supporting the Campus Director to deliver operational service and quality to our children, team members and families. You will predominately work on the floor, building key relationships with the children, families, and team, while gradually learning the responsibilities of the Assistant Director role over time.
