The key duties of the position include
- lead a small team to deliver Capability Development solutions
- strong communication skills in staff and customer interactions, and during stakeholder engagement and consultation with all levels of employees
- communicate effectively in writing (briefs, emails, strategic documents), and in face-to-face meetings and presentations (one-on-one and group interactions)
- manage processes and projects efficiently and effectively and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- develop and implement capability building initiatives utilising adult learning principles, 70/20/10 learning and development model and evaluation approaches.
