Details: The ACT Health Directorate Ministerial and Government Business Team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and strategic leader of our Ministerial Liaison Team.
As the manager of a small team within the larger Ministerial and Government Services Unit this role has responsibility for overseeing daily activities of the Ministerial Liaison Team, monitoring workloads, and developing your team to be their best. You will guide the staff in your team and enable them to achieve results while also providing outreach into the broader directorate offering advice on complex matters. This role also undertakes training of staff in ministerial business, while establishing and maintaining readily available resources and guidance material.
The role will also require you to have good technological skills, working in Objective ECM and at times searching and utilising Content Manager to access archived documents. A strategic oversight into business improvement activities using currently available technical solutions to review and build reporting functions will also be key to your success.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Prior experience with Objective ECM and/or Content Manager is highly desirable, or technological skills to support learning of this new system would be well regarded.
