As a passionate patient advocate, this role would see you driving positive and continuous improvement within a large team of Nurse Managers, CNS level Nurses, Registered Nurses and Midwives to oversee the delivery of wholistic and supportive patient care.
This role is integral to the smooth operations of clinical care at IVF Australia and you will be working very closely with the Medical Director and Director of Nursing.
In this role:
Your responsibilities will include to lead and mentor a wonderful team of professional Nurse Managers and manage seamless communication between Fertility Specialists, Administration and Laboratory Managers.
Your goal will be to ensure our patients receive an exceptional experience and you will develop your team of Nursing professionals to be the best they can be.
This role would suit a forward thinking and passionate Senior Nurse/Midwife who is constantly examining processes and executing new ideas to enhance IVFA nurses as agile and dynamic practitioners.
Working in a multidisciplinary team you will be enthusiastic and empathetic and will find this a highly satisfying role.
Essential Qualifications:
- AHPRA Registered nurse and/or midwife
- At least 5 years Fertility Nursing Experience
- 3 + years’ experience in a Fertility Nursing Leadership Role
Desired
- A post graduate qualification in either ART or Leadership
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, and act as a driver of positive outcomes
- A demonstrated solution focused perspective and skill in consistent process review
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and a genuine ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Competency in a range of IT packages
