Salary –$90,000 to $100,000 plus Superannuation, depending on experience.
The Law Society of Western Australia is seeking to appoint an experienced Manager, Membership & Marketing to work as part of the Marketing, Business Development and Community Development team.
The Manager Membership & Marketing is part of the fast-paced and collaborative team which services over 4,800 members, events, strategic marketing, corporate communications, media, sponsorship and advertising. If you are an experienced manager, self-motivated, committed to realising outcomes and need the licence to be proactive in realising ideas and initiatives, this position is for you.
The role would suit someone who has at least 5 years’ experience in a membership/sales or marketing management role and has an understanding of the professional services sector. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing demands of a busy Membership and Marketing environment, will be essential towards driving effective outcomes for the organisation. The role is responsible for management of three direct reports and responsible for the strategic marketing of a not-for-profit membership organisation which also includes the corporate communications function. The role also manages member engagement including the creation of membership engagement campaigns, building strong member relationships and playing a leadership role in the membership renewal and retention cycle. This role requires high levels of efficiency, quality delivery and excellence in teamwork.
