We are excited to be supporting our Client in the recruitment of an Assistant Director to join their service on the Sunshine Coast.

- $44 - $52 per hour + super (dependant on quals + experience)
- This is an off-the-floor position supporting the leadership

- The center is based on large open land with lots of opportunity for outdoor exploration and experiences for children
- Flexible working arrangements
- The Assistant Director will work in collaboration with the Centre Manager in leading this large service with 7 rooms
- The center caters to children aged 0 - 6 weeks
- As the Assistant Director, you will manage and lead parts of the service compliance
- This centre works in a shared leadership model that provides each manager with autonomy
- Diploma or Teritry qualification in Early Years Education
- Experience working in early years education as a 2IC
- Experienced Educational Leaders are encouraged to apply
