Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, whose primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily office operations.
- Maintaining and updating the company's social media platforms, assisting with marketing efforts.
- Demonstrating proficiency in document management and written communication, including meeting minutes.
- Facilitating communication between directors and project management team, providing timely and effective support.
- Completing other tasks assigned by the company.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the renewable energy industry.
- Demonstrated responsibility, ability to handle work pressure, and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in writing with a clear and organized thought process.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Native English speaker.
