We are recruiting for an Assistant for our Kindy program
Salary
Negotiable (above award) based on qualifications and experience.
$30-$35 per hour as a guide.
PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this role, applicants MUST be able to work Monday to Friday all centre shifts (between the hours of 6:30am-630pm)
Required Skills & Experience
- Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQS/NQF
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting
- Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program
- Ability to document children’s individual learning
- Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement
Essential Criteria
- ACECQA approved qualification (or equivalent) or actively studying
- Current Blue Card
- ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain
- Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
