The role
As an Assistant Finance Officer, you will deliver precise and efficient accounts payable processing, contributing to our departmental targets and priorities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of accounts payable processes, all while prioritizing departmental objectives.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
- Proficiency in financial management systems and relevant software for accounts payable, including data entry and retrieval.
- Understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures related to accounts payable, aligned with Department of Health and government directives.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team, meeting deadlines and organizing priorities.
- Skill in building and maintaining relationships with team members, vendors, and corporate stakeholders.
