About the job
In this support role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves a diverse range of tasks, including administrative duties such as managing client databases, processing policy documents, and handling inquiries via phone or email.
Providing assistance in researching insurance options, preparing quotes, and coordinating with underwriters and insurers is essential to supporting brokers with their client-facing activities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are fundamental for efficiently managing workflows and maintaining accurate records.
Offering prompt and courteous assistance to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders contributes to fostering positive relationships and upholding the broker's reputation for professionalism and reliability in the insurance industry.
Once confident with the role and responsibilities and have completed the relevant qualifications work towards transitioning into a broking position handling your own portfolio of clients.
