About this role
The successful candidate will work as part of the dynamic team within our Melbourne Office offering reliable support to fellow NCI team members.
This role provides administration support to the service brokers, for example:
- preparing service visit documentation.
- gather pre-renewal information from NCI clients.
- composing client renewal packs.
- preparing service guides.
Following existing processes, you will undertake other general administrative tasks, including:
- Answering and directing incoming calls and other correspondence (email and mail).
- Preparing minutes and agendas for meetings and assisting with events where required.
- Managing Branch office supplies and amenities.
- Preparing meeting rooms for meetings for the service and sales team.
- Other office duties as required.
The role is 'hands on'; accurate data entry is a key component of the role as is the ability to communicate effectively and positively with different stakeholders.
This opportunity is a permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) position. As an entry level role, this is a gateway opportunity to a fulfilling career at NCI and the credit insurance industry.
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- at least 6 months (or more) customer service experience, ideally in an office or similar environment.
- a genuine interest in the financial services industry.
- a go-getter and proactive attitude.
- attention to detail and organisational skills.
- IT proficiency, dynamic and adapt well to change.
