Assistant Store Manager – Trade Customer Base
Automotive, Tools and Equipment business!
Remuneration: $65k Cash Base + Super + Use of a Vehicle + Overtime!

We are now seeking a positive and engaging Assistant Manager to work closely with our existing trade customer base.

You will report directly to the Store Manager.
Your key duties will include:
- Building, growing and driving a strong trade B2B account customer focus
- Leading, managing, coaching and motivating a small team
- Ensuring high levels of customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Ordering, maintaining and managing stock levels
- Business development with new and existing customers
- Creating a dynamic and people oriented culture
- Achieving budgeted sales, profitability and growth.
