We are proud to be partnering with Evolution Mining, an ASX listed premier global gold company. With operations across Australia and Canada, they are a bold company with a clear strategy. With their head office in Sydney, they are currently opening a Brisbane office, in the heart of the city.
The Role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the office and providing administrative support to the Brisbane based General Managers.
Your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to;
- Setting up of the new office;
- Coordinating in / outgoing correspondence;
- Facilities management;
- Onboarding of new staff - setting up IT equipment, organising of security cards;
- Reconciliation of credit card expenses, raising and managing purchase orders and processing invoices;
- Travel management; and
- Assisting with event management.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
- Demonstrated experience as a corporate Office Manager is essential;
- Previous experience working within the resources or similar industry is an advantage;
- MS Office - advanced level;
- Knowledge of online travel booking systems, understanding of invoice processing accounts and expense systems; and
- Certificate III in Business Administration is highly desirable.
