We specialise in providing a turnkey service for project management, which can be tailored to our client’s needs, whether it be basic support or a comprehensive team to take their project from planning, procurement, execution, delivery, and handover.
S&W Asset Management are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our great workplace environment. This role is heavily focused on providing high-level administrative support to our HR and Accounts functions of the business and assisting the directors when required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timesheet and Travel Management
- Booking and managing of employee accommodation
- Assisting HR with the onboarding of personnel
- Work with relevant teams to coordinate required training
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, contributing to a functional work environment
- Greet and welcome guests visiting the office
- Perform data entry into multiple databases
- Updating databases and manage records
- Other Adhoc tasks when required
- Familiarity of the Coal Mining Industry and Compliance
- Demonstrated experience providing high standard reception and administrative support
- Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a broader team
- Strong work ethic with a positive and friendly attitude and demeanour
- Ability to work well in a busy environment managing multiple demands
- Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality regarding personal information
- Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
- Cert IV Business Administration or 3+ years work experience in a similar position
- Intermediate computer skills with experience working with MS Office Suite, Xero and JobAdder
